Nah it was the shops bow. I was not gonna mess with it. How much thinner is the grip with it removed?

I've shot the Defy and Impact. I like both, but enjoy the length and speed of the Impact.
The bow is the "Best of the Best" IMO in 2013. No other bow this year is better for me IMO...I I think I shot them all.

Just a few more items to put on the Impact before its fully set-up. Waiting on blue bowjax for the limbs and will be putting blue/black wiskerballs on the string. It's shooting lights out.

I, too, have an Insanity. I shot the Prime Impact a couple weeks ago and walked out the door with it in my hand. Both are great bows. Enjoy it RamMan!! Great shooting rig.

    Mine:

It is under-going a bit of a makeover. Just changing some accessories up. Here is the first real time with it...shot a 300-32X with hunting equipment...

Mine is right on IBO with light arrows and just over with heavy. Not getting the efficiency jump with the binaries as I do with hybrids. REALLY like the bow and oh so easy to keep the pin on the "X" and easy too shoot in general.

Thanks. I want to put some new "cool" threads on it (Silver major, blue and black minors) but these seem to be doing well. One thing I am watching is the cables where they go through the I-glide. I have about 300 arrows through it now and it is noticeable where they go through. If I were to have threads made soon I would get that area served like they are on the "ONE".

That sums it up! I've had mine for a couple weeks and I will say its the finest bow I've shot..I owned 6 2012"s of various flavors..I also have a Stevens inception and I thought I would be able to keep both. But the difference is so extreme, that the Stevens is doomedIMG_0123.jpg.QUOTE=Karbon;384956]I've shot the Defy and Impact.
