I cant believe Im saying this but you dnt want to use our guide for 3 blade heads. You dont need a guide for 3 blade heads.

I didn't use it, I was toying with the idea for you to make something for 3 bladers. If it connected flush, and the rollers were the other way, it would work and you wouldn't have to be so concerned with that 3rd blade. something to get the fingers off the metal. Trust me, i've been cut enough ! There is a NEED for a tool for 3 bladers ! Someone told me to wear leather work gloves,,,lol. Thats not that bad an idea.

It's not the angle thats the concern for me, its getting poked by that 3rd blade while running it over the stone or strop.

OK now I understand. A holder is what your looking for to protect you from the upward facing blade during handling. A thin piece of foam with a slit in it would work.

Yes it might but when you hit a snag or a spot that disrupts your back and forth, you hand will still get cut. I think something to cover the blade,,, a third blade plastic condom or something ! Lol

I hate 3 blade 1 piece heads for this sharpening way.
