not trying to sound dumb but when i bought my 334 it said there was a standard 80% let-off and optional 65% let-off. can sombody please explain this how this works? :???:

bow set at 70lbs

80% let-off = full draw you should only be holding 20% of the actual draw weight (@14lbs)

65% let-off = full draw you should be only holding 35% of the actual draw weight (@24.8lbs)

The draw module is the difference. 80% letoff is standard, but you can get 65% mods. The 65% letoff mods end with L. There's a sticky in the Ross Bows section that shows the chart.

thanks alot to the three people who answered my question about the 80% let-off. I got it.

there is a 4 FPS increase when you go from the standard 80% to the "L" 65% mods............
I just don't care for the shortened valley and quicker wall in the 65% mods, so I stick with the 80%.
