hey mike...i keep seeing bucks but the darn things wont get close enough to shoot...it makes me mad...i have seen 5 of them so far and nothing closer than 40 yards...the one buck at 40 yards was behind brush so i couldnt get a shot on him.its almost like they are teasing me and trying to give me a heart attack.

Too Bad bro, maybe after the temps drop and we get some real cold weather you luck will change.
I have saw a couple REAL NICE bucks from Ohio on the net.
If I am not mistaken, I think there is a nice buck that is soon to break the wt. record at over 300 pounds.......

i seen a buck last weekend(twice) but he only got within 60 yards...this buck has been tearing the woods up...he looks like a horse walking through the woods but the rack doesnt look that big..he has a 8 inch thick tree tore up also...i was going to go out tonight to see if i could get him but i think i will wait untill next saturday..its the first day of youth season and i would like to see if my son could get it..

1 day from being ready for the sheetrockers to come in.
Building a new house and I will be hitting the woods this weekend.

Dont feel bad, I have not even bought a license this year.
Im leaving for an Army school till 12 Dec. next week then we start doing another "Ramp Up" to get ready for another Iraq tour............Hopefully I will get at least one weekend out after Christmas though.............
