I am looking at which subscriptions I am gonna take with me to Iraq.....was wanting Africa's Bowhunter but $90.00 for 12 issues, WOW.
Anyone ever read it?
Wonder if it is worth the $$$.

I already plan on taking Bow and Arrow and U.S Archer Magazine.

i was looking at eastman's site, they offer subscriptions for soldiers. Pretty cheap, they have a eastmans and eastman's bowhunter.

What, $90 i'm a south african and we pay +- $3.00 per issue, it a good magazine if you like African game, very good articles in.

Yea, its $90 for a US subscription but I think I am gonna suck it up and get it.

I hear ya, but 15 months of not hunting and a future African Safari when I retire are the reasons for shelling out the clams.
