Hey there, I'm new to the forum and archery but I want to buy a bow for hunting. I was wondering if anyone knew any bows that could be shot both right and left handed? I'm ambidextrous and wanted to find a bow to suit that. there's also a lot of research showing that doing activities with your non dominant brain side actually improves your dominant side in the process, so i'm looking to shoot with both hands. Thanks in advance

Listen to IHB? He's a legend. Would be cool though especially for hunting. Shoot through cable system bows might work. Pse has some I believe.

OK Archery..... Shoot thru risers. I believe Hoyt has some shoot thru models as well. They are all primarily target bows.

You would have to shoot instinctively unless you somehow had a sight on both sides of the bow.
Shoot through riser shoot through harness it wouldn't matter what side the sight was on. Would likely have to be adjusted left/right depending on what eye you are using to shoot with.

I wasn't impressed by the vibration in the DST I shot, even with a stabilizer (hunting length/weight) on it. It held very nice on target, but I would look at other options.....Trying to load the arrow thru the riser/cables takes some getting used to.
