My dad lives in Missouri and I would like to take him duck hunting. Any good public spots within a few hours of KC that I don't have to draw for?

I don't know of any

Maybe This will help you. I don't personally know of such spots because I'm not a fowl hunter. Try this out and I will ask around to some people I know to see if they have any ideas.

I asked this same question on refugeforums.com, it's a waterfowl forum, you would have thought I asked for their mom's phone number so I could take her out. Man are they angry people. I guess that forum is for praising yourself and pounding your chest.

truman lake, pomme de terre, stockton are areas south and east of KC.
i havent hunted ducks in years, but there is also some MDC places scattered around west missouri
