Today we are launching Backcountry Addix ( http://www.backcountryaddix.com ) and the Backcountry Addix forum ( http://www.backcountryaddix.com/forums ). Our goal is to make Backcountry Addix the #1 backcountry community on the web. Whether on a pack-in trip, fly in hunt, or the ultimate bivouac, we will strive to have the resources and information to help you succeed. We all know that moments of challenge define us as human beings. During these moments, our character, resolve and our values are tested in ways that enable us to grow, realize our full potential and push ourselves a little further. We have always looked for the next big challenge, and pushed beyond our perceived limits. Along the way, we realized the finish line didn’t define who we were; it was rising up to the moments of challenge, along the journey that defined us. If you find yourself day dreaming about being in the backcountry, there is no better resource for the latest news, information, tech tips, and high-quality performance products and reviews than BackcountryAddix.com.
You don’t have to be hardcore… you just have to want it! Facta, non verba…
P.S. Big thanks to Steve Speck of S&S Archery who was a tremendous help and resource to make this happen. Steve as you all know has been absolutely swamped trying to run S&S Archery, running this years Full Draw Film Tour ( http://vimeo.com/41680837 ), and pulling together the Bogus Challenge ( http://boguschallenge.com ).
