I guess the biggest issue is what type of long term reliability these have. They are advertising the hell of out them and I guess we see how many are still working two-3 years down the line

Customer service will justify a lot. I have first hand dealings with reconyx just got a xr6 back yesterday and they fixed it for free and stuffed in a free hat. Pretty cool there

You can buy a lot of batteries for $400.

Yep you can no doubt on that I forgot to mention in my test time last night xt6 took 54 pics and 4 vids both set on max flash using lithiums. Browning took like 47 pics 3 vids both set on ultra setting using lithiums also

I haven't set anything in video mode yet but I believe the cabelas cams are spinoffs of browning. It's been out 2 months and the batteries haven't budged. Still full.

How many pics u getting per pull and what pic settings you using? Are you on a rapid fire setting?
