Its a place called Hill End about 4 hrs drive West of Sydney Australia, its now a historic town it use to be a gold mining town in the 1800s. The goats are feral there a no are no tags required , shoot as many as you want and there is no season on them. In fact this is true for nearly all the feral animals in this country which include foxes, pigs, donkeys, goats, camel, scrub bull, rabbits and hares to name just a few. Oh and we have no season on many types of dear they are also regarded as a pest
