I had some extra time this afternoon after we got back from the Veterans Memorial Cemetery & Park parade, so I thought I would shoot a quick video of a few of the new bows in the 2xR stable. All these bows were shot as they cam from the factory with noise/vibe dampening material and I did not use a stabilizer. What you see and hear is what the bow does.

1. The Nightstalker Obsession Archery Sniper - 29/72.8#, 31 1/4" ATA, 7 1/4" BH shooting a 365.5 gr arrow at 325.2 fps loaded string (339 IBO)

2. The XRcist by John's Custom Archery - 29.25/82.1#, 33 5/8" ATA, 6 1/2" BH shooting 430 gr arrow at 348.7 fps loaded string (365 IBO)

3. The Strother Rush - 29/81.7#, 34" ATA, 6/1/2" BH, shooting a 401.5 gr arrow at 325.5 fps loaded string (336 IBO)

4. The XHell by John's Custom Archery - 29.25/92.1#, 34 1/8" ATA, 6 3/4" BH, shooting a 461 gr arrow at 342.9 fps loaded string (350 IBO)

Before anyone starts in on me, remember I am 5' 11" and a buck 76 - Whack, no comments about having taken stools larger than me... Big thanx to John's Custom Archery, aka Breathn, Mike Cole at Oregon Hydrographics for all the help, support and advice. Thanx also to our sponsors Strother and Obsession for making such great bows, and Vapor Trail for the best rest in the WORLD - the LD ProV!!!

Enjoy fellas - why oh why do I subject my self to such scrutiny that I know is coming... (elk, take it easy on an ol' man)

Man I done told him that line about taking the sniper will change cause the real addicting part about the heavy bows is when you flat DEMOLISH something with em. That raw bone crushing power is infectious that thought that goes through your head "is he gonna turn so I can shoot" turns into "don't turn, I don't give a $$$$" just break em down lol

Nice Vid! Offers a good comparison of noise levels with each bow.

Not trying to be a know it all but have you tried shooting a shorter dl bow? I figured you had extremely long arms being 5'11" shooting a 29" draw until I watched the video. Having been a tech for the past 3 years until starting my new career I would say you're a solid 28-28.5" draw by looking at that video. Like I said not trying to tell you what to do but I bet 90% of the people that I have had come into the shop shoot to long of a DL.

I'm 28 5/8 but I feel more comfortable at 29 then I do 28.5". No offense taken!!!
