Fletching troubles???

I posted this on AT as well....I am searching for some answers...I just today finished fletching some CX Maxima 350's...I was getting ready to put in the inserts so I could shoot them tomorrow and when I picked one of the arrows up I rolled the fletching in my hand and they came off :-D I looked at the rest of them and with the slighest tug the others would come off as well :-D

What I was wondering is should I have used a wrap with them or a different glue? I am using Bohning platinum glue with 4" duravanes.
