I heard someone talking about glow-in-the-dark FOBs today and was wondering if there is any truth to this? I dont think they have come out yet but maybe a in production? I dont know but that sounds like a REALLY good idea for the hunters using FOB's
I see your point. I'm just guessing here but I doubt they'd be so bright that it would give position away. I won't be as bright as a light but it would help in upclose situations. I also know that the deer here are use to planes flying over ( I live right next to Tri-Cities airport) so I highly doubt a 1" in cirucmference glow in the dark ring will hurt my chances. I would think they would be an advantage for tracking purposes at night. But to have them in the early morning or when it starts to get dark would just give your cover away.
