I am a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and I hold a belt in Tang Soo Do. Both are Korean kicking arts. I try to learn as much from other styles as often as I can. One of my student's father is a Judo guy and he often teaches our black belts some alternatives to punching and kicking.

I studies a lil Tae Kwon Do and some Sombo.....
We use alot of Sombo in our Army "Combatives" training where I just finished level II

I studied Tae Kwon Do for a long time!! Haven't messed with it
in a while, though. You have the right idea of learning the
different styles!! I found out even after years of not messing
with it, everything comes to you naturally, when needed!!

Hopefully we get a turn out, I was at the archery range today snap'n a few.
1st time out at the range since before Christmas. :smile:

both of my boys(6) and (10) are purple belts in Tae Kwon Do...they test next week for their blue belts and i will be putting them in brazilian jujitsu in a couple of months..

I got a 2 yr old and 4 yr old....the Disney Channel os always on at my house. Thank goodness, we have 4 TVs.
