[Camp III]

Hi guys this is my first post, and I shoot a Ross 37. I will be going to colorado to hunt elk this year and was wondering if any one has tried one of those bow slings or a bow backpacks, any words of wisdom would be great.

I have never used a bow sling or pack.....I usually hand carry it and use a cat quiver for the rest of the gear.
I have a new Cat Quiver VII that I cant wait to try out on an extened trip.

Sling

I have the nice premo sling. I put it over the bow cam/wheel and it covers the string. Its awesome. I then put my arm through it and hang it on the top of my frame pack. Bow is always ready and supported by my pack. Hiked in over 9 miles to camp with it like this a couple weeks ago. I paid $21 but it was money well spent.
