Great Bows

Andy and Angie,

Welcome !!!
Thanks for making the most shootable bows on the market.
They're also the most beautifully made too.
I'm a machinist and can appreciate a piece of manufactured art.
That's what a Ross bow is; a work of art.
Your cam and idler should be an example to other bow manufacturers on what a radius looks like and how to apply it.

Welcome

Welcome aboard Andy&Angie glad to hear from a great couple with a great vision, you know your company reminds me alot of Woodhaven because they have exceptional quality and customer service I guess that's why their winning all the calling championships. Thats probably what sold me the most about your company is the HIGHEST QUALITY yall put in your bows and love being able to call Ross and speak to someone you don't get all the automated crap. Because i'm new to archery i've NEVER shot a bow, so my friends own Mathews so I was set on buying the Drenalin until I heard about your company and did some research and called yall at Ross and they was always eager to answer any questions and Doug told me that over 3 years yall have had about.004 percent limb problems, Now tell Mathews to try to compete with that!!! ANd they'll tell you they can't so that's why i'm going tommorow to put my deposit down on a Cardiac. P.S. I would have liked to seen you stay with the CR3 then the model I think it just made you that more unique and for what it means.Once again Thanks for building the BEST BOW ON THE PLANET.

Welcome to the site! Your bows are of top quality and shoot like a dream. Keep it up and you will need to deal with the hassle of being #1!

Now if only I can get a hold of a Cardiac to keep my CR334 company. When will I be seeing one at Avid Archery in Olathe?

Thanks for the great archery company (in every respect, from products to support), and for the great new forum!

You guys were up here in my neck of the woods Christmas Eve... I live 6 minutes down the road from Critter's, just to the west. Would have loved to have met you guys. Eric showed me the pictures he got to take with you guys, and how Angie signed his 331. Too cool!

Also, I understand Angie is from Plymouth... Very familiar with that area as my wife is from Cedar Grove. What a great area of the state that is!

Just wanted to say "hello," and thank you all at the same time.

Chad K. from Winneconne.

Hey Guys,
Excellent bows and even better customer service. When you get as big as I think you will, hire more people to answer phones and questions instead of the automated stuff. Your staff is second to none and I would hate to see answering machines take their place. I have called on 4 or 5 occasions, spoke with both receptionests and tech's and have been treated like a friend each and every time. Oh yea, Andy, Martin turned things around by hiring beautiful girls and taking pic's with their bows in their hands. You can do the same thing and not have to hire the model, just put Angie in the picture you lucky dog!!! (I hope that is taken as a compliment) LOL
