Mine are going to be Maxima 350's with either or both Strikers and Slick Tricks, going to experiment and see which flys better. I am also going to be trying some FMJ's once Dave gets them..... Really want to see what the big deal is with the ST's, they look mean as he-- and are very sharp.

Nah, no one will give you a hard time. I myself usually cut right to the 5gr per lb :(

I build arrows based upon the FOC I want and if than means I come in "light", so long as I stay at or above 5gr per lb, I am happy.

I made up the hot rod 250's just to mess with the Bowtech guys that shoot at my shop/range. They all seem to think they are shooting over 300? Most are about 280-290 or less.
26 1/2" DL, 68 lbs, 288 FPS
add in the 35 FPS I lose for having a short DL(10 FPS per inch) and 2 more lbs DW and your pretty close to the 320 IBO speed.
I'm not done tweaking it either! :( It does make the bow louder though. Still not bad.
I like getting the chrono out when they are all there. :D
Of course it's all in fun, I actually like most Bowtech bows.

I have not weighed them, but according to the Easton shaft selector, my ICS Hunter 340's with a 100 grain head weight in at 427gr. That is including nock, vanes, insert etc.

Shot my 3 different arrows thru my Ross CR334 last night-

(363 gr.) 275.5 FPS
(383 gr.) 269.75 FPS
(412 gr.) 260 FPS

It did extremely well for having a "loaded" string with bowjaxs, peep, and a loop. :(

I guess I am living on the edge. i hunt in downstate NY(25 miles north of NYC and on the west side of the hudson river) where the deer average around 100-120lbs live weight. i am shooting blackhawk vapor jets 3000 series that weighs app 280-282gr and that includes the 55grain head(HCA). I am shooting a 337 DL 28.5 at around 55-56lbs. I have a shoulder injury therefore I only pull in the mid 50s. If rifle hunting was allowed in my county (archery only)I could probably use a .223 as the deer are small but plentiful.

Mine are fine. How are yours? :D Just kidding Mike.
Right now the only ones I have are the Easton Lightspeeds with
100 gr. broadheads for a total weight of 385 gr.
I haven't had the chance to chrono it yet but a buddy of mine is
drawing 29" shooting a 27 1/2" Lightspeed and getting 304 fps.
With my 30" draw and a 28 3/4" arrow I think mine will be just a
little faster than that.
I'm not going to get to shoot for a couple of more weeks because
I had back surgery on May 9th. When I start shooting again I'll run
it through the chrono just to see what I'm getting out of it.
