The better half and I took JR to the Arch today as he had never been up to the top of it. On the way home we decided to stop and pay our respects to some of the fallen heros interned in the Jefferson barracks national cemetary. We stopped at one point and where looking at some of the thousands of marble stones when I saw movement out of the corner of my eye. I looked up and saw a literal herd of deer cominf toward us. I counted 27 but they where moving around so there could have been a few more or a few less. Pics below.

If you are ever in the St Louis area I highly recommend you stop at the Jefferson barracks national cemetary. While it is probably not as big as arlington national, it is a very moving experiance.
