Well, I figured it was time to join since I have had trouble logging in as a non-member. Been researching various bows over the past few months and will probably end up with a 337. My local dealer will have one in #60 limbs for me to try next week. I have looked at the switchback, Fred Bear truth a diamond Liberty? and want to get my hands on the 337 before making a final decision. There are a couple of reasons why I am leaning towards the ross one being the dealer is a short 15 minute ride from my house whereas the others are 50-75 minutes away. I also like a longer ata and the 337 should fit the bill. My present equipment is a 1993 darton mustang and its about 40-41 ata. I stopped bow hunting in 1997 and realized after getting back into it in 2006 that i needed new equipment. I also found out that my vision has changed and my pins are very blurry when using my glasses. I think I may have that problem solved as i already purchased a zeiss z point(red dot sight) and bow mount off ebay at a good price. Well thats my story any opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Pete

The 337 is one heck of a bow, I own one.
They are VERY smooth and forgiving bows.
My first arrows out of the bow with no peep, sight and stab were stacked on each other at a blank bale from 20 yards to get my string set in. :(
I have shot this bow at ranges out to 50 yards during the "wild" and windy Kansas days and am very impressed how it shoots.

I just bought my 337 today. Its set-up with a NAP 3000 quick tune rest, 2 piece ross quiver and a tru-glow extreme sight with light. I was a little disappointed as i wanted to put a zeiss z point sight on it but realized how much was involved to get one set up properly. I just got back into bow hunting after 9 years and i realized that I need to work on my shooting form before i change my sighting system therefore I went with pins and a peep. i realize my pins are somewhat blurry with my vision but it seemed the logical choice for now. The other minor problem I had with my set-up was with my kisser button I noticed a slight irritation in the corner of my rt upper lip while at the shop but after coming home and shooting about 100 arrows it became very swollen. I looked at my old set-up and it appears that my kisser may be about 1/4 inch too high. I am going to call the shop tommorrow just to let them know but I won't be able to do anything till next week. Here is the good news even with all my bad shooting habits i shot a "Robin Hood' with the 337. It was at only at 15 yards but I was shocked as i haven't done that in a very long time. I anticipate that once i remedy the 'kisser button problem" and get back into proper shooting form the 337 will become an extension of my rt arm and all my groups will be acceptable for hunting situations. Any feedback/input would be appreciated. pete
