wow

I have thought about this scenario many times as I drive across a bridge that spans the Missouri river on my way to and from work. It makes me think of when I did my aircrew swim qual to become a crewchief while in the Marine Corps. If you wear your seatbelt leave it on, get some sort of reference point ie. your seatbelt buckle, the door handle, then wait for the viloent motion to stop, then begin your egress, once you get to the surface don't panic just survive. In a fast moving current such as the Missouri and Mississippi rivers swim parallel and angle towards the bank going with the current. Just remember not to panic and you should be OK. I would hope this would never happen to anyone but if it should try to remember this post.

Wow

My sister works as a resident at HCMC, one of the hospitals closest to the bridge, she passed the bridge at 5:58. It collapsed at 6:05.

Think of MN, if reports go as well as they are saying now, this is a miracle more are not dead.

I was at Archery, and NONE of the 40+ people knew anyone missing. It is a blessing so far.

That being said, I shot my best round of my life... A 148 for 15 targets. Scoring 12 for the small ring, 10 for the heart, and 8 for the vitals.... :(

It was with my Bowtech though, maybe the Ross will be collecting some dust :???:
