Mike from Mike's Archery & Custom Strings did a lil "Myth Busting" test trying different arrow rests, I thought the turnout was pretty neat so I figured I would post it.

The whisker biscuit rest did not do too bad and I found the KE loss from a TM hunter rest to be pretty substantial.
By the way, Mike is a great gent and a good string maker for the $$$, He did the set on my CR334 and will be doing a set on my CR331 before too long.....

No ,, not the results i would have thought... i shot the TM hunter for years. As a matter of fact up until about 3 years ago... i have one temporarily on my 331 now... and the Whisker surprised me too...

Now come on, we all KNOW that a WB takes off at least 50 FPS and are impossible to tune.

The WB rest is the #1 hated rest on Archery Talk and the #1 used rest on Bow Country. :???:
