For my 3D bow I am looking to switch to a TT Spring Steel.

Issue is there are a lot of choices and I want to make the right choice the first time.

There is:

SS1
SS2

They come in short and long.
They come in narrow and wide.
They come in 8, 10, & 12 thousandths.

I am shooting a 337 with 311 grain CE CXL 2 250's

I think I need/want a SS1, long, with a .010 wide......

Please give your thoughts.

Thanks

No dealings with that rest but, as far as the spring launcher, I have shoot a Tuner with narrow board and .10 thickness with 310gr. acc's and it works good for me. I also shoot the same rest with a .12 for indoors with 2312's and 2613's and have no trouble. You just have to make sure you have a smooth draw, no jerking or yanking and with a ROSS your battle is half over !!! :(

Don't Know about the Spring Steel

I shoot the TT Shakey Hunter with the Long Bar on my 337 3-D Rig.

Why are you thinking about going to the SS??? Vane Clearance?

The limb driver is nice but the cord gets loose then tight during the course of a 3D tourny, this can cause the arrow to get hit by the rest if it pops up.

Need to shoot something that I trust more. :(

I'd Give Trophy Taker a call 406-826-0600. Their customer service is right up there with Ross. They Should be able to Answer any questions you have about the rest and which Spring Steel you should get for the arrow weight you are shooting.
