Season is 1 month old today here in Kentucky. Bachelor groups are starting to break up and the bucks seem to by more nocturnal these days. Of course there hasn't been any moon for a week now so what do I know. Been out a few times with my new 334 and have passed on a couple of small 8 pointers probably 2 year olds. Came to full draw on Saturday morning in my ground blind on a big hen turkey but here sister must have seen me at the last second and messed up the deal. Turkeys are everywhere. Looks like the white oaks are still holding their acorns but hopefully they'll start dropping soon. Good luck to everyone this season.
