Don't let it ever be said that this guy doesn't support his local archery shop.
I got off early today and went to my local shop about 15 miles away to play in the 20 yard indoor range with my 331 and 334.
Got to BS'n with the Owner and figured I would give hime some business and bought a Trophy Taker shakey rest for the 334 off of him. Had him set it up and all and it ran me $85.00........
I have paid my range fees there, but never bought anything off him since the net is so much cheaper, figured I would give him some business, after all he is a great guy. :(

So now, not only have I bought from my local shop, but I own a Trophy Taker rest which is a first for me as well. :)

Well, how do you like it? How was it to tune?
Thought the 334 was for sale.
It is still for sale, along with my LH Tribute, but the 334 is begging not to go. :)

(still would have gone with the DZ) :)
Drop zones are my #1 rest, I got 3 of them (one waiting for the Cardiac. He didnt have any, but there is no way I will pay for $79-$89 for a drop zone when I can get them for half that. :)

So far, I got it tuned and all silenced up.
Seems to be OK, I still don't like the idea of not being able to cock it in the up position. I will know more Saturday, when I do some more shooting with it.

I know what TT's cost.

Mike, do you use the Hunter version of the DZ or the ones with the dampeners?

I have used both, but I cannot see how the dampners even do anything on the rests. I usually buy the hunter model unless I get a really good deal on the dampner models.
Now the dampners on the sight is another story, I wouldn't own a Trophy Ridge sight without the dampners, they really take the buzz outta them plastic sight housing. :(
