What is the very best of these to use. Please no preferences just because you like them. I want actual reasons why you think one is better than the other.
On Targets with field points Vanes (3-4-5"), Feathers or Mini/Blazers.
Hunting with expandables with Vanes (3-4-5"), Feathers or Mini/Blazers.
Hunting with fixed blade broadheads with Vanes (3-4-5"), Feathers or Mini/Blazers.

Everything and Anything- 2" Blazers..................

Although, once I use up my inventory I will be shooting 2" Predator Vanes instead. :(

I shot marcos for a long time. they worked great before the W/B rest came out.
I went to blazers and liked them a lot. when i bought my first ross I started out with blazers and had no complaints i guess. the blazers are bullet proof tough. it is real hard to tear them up with any rest out there or with arrow contact at the target.

I have used feathers in the past and just for fun tried them on the ross with a W/B and it was head and shoulders above anything i had shot in a while. yes they do wear out over a long period of time but are far more forgiving for my setup and personal shooting style.

for a dropaway i can't see any reason not to shoot feathers or blazers. duravanes just never worked for me but it could have been another problem with the setup and not the vanes.

I believe that feathers will stabilize better than any other fletch out there with fixed blade broadheads. expandables will fly with just about anything you can glue on.

I like blazers really well and will continue to use them. But if you think about it what do most people tell you about feathers. Now that we have the drop away rest to make clearance problems a thing of the past it only makes since to me to use feathers. i have four inch feathers on my Blackhawk arrows and they shoot great. Now they will be a little mor of a pain to take care of, i mean they tear up easier than plastic and then the rain. But over all I really like the feathers now, but will not throw away my blazers.
