Soo..It looks like I'll have my new 334 on Tuesday and could really use recommendations on a sight and rest to put on. This bow will be used strictly for hunting. I am looking for feedback on fall- away rests, no biscuits please. I'm also looking for a 3-5 pin sight that will accomodate a pin light. I'm leaning towards the Hogg-It or Hunter Hogg-It. Thanks in advance for taking the time to give me your two cents.

I have been completely happy with the Trophy Taker Shakey hunter I have on my 334. I have also heard good things about the Dropzone. As far as sights I have a Vital bow gear 3 ring trapper on mine and love it. It has glow in the dark tape beneath the fiber optic rings, it stays bright for as long as it's legal to shoot. I like the extreme sights as well if I could find one lefthanded.

Trophy Taker Prong Horn for the drop away, works great easy to addjust. as for a sight,...Cobra Sidewinder LX you need to pick up the light which they make for it, Although these pins seem bright enough for the last half hour for me.

I Dont like the Trophy Taker series rest for some reason, they are quiet and built tough but I guess the drop away action is a lil slower than I like.....
I am a Trophy Ridge Drop Zone man and also the Ripcord rest.
You can cock the Ripcord rest to the up position and the arrow is ready to rock till you fire the bow. Both the Ripcord and even the QAD Ultra rests are really fast drop aways too like the Drop Zone.

I like the QAD LD rest and the Spot Hogg Hunter sight. You will really like the Spot Hogg it has a ton of adjustments.

You won't be dissapointed with any Spot Hogg sight but if you've got the dough the Hogg it Hunter is IMO the best hunting sight there is. I used a TT Shakey Hunter rest in the past but I switched to a Ripcord last year and I'm really happy with it. I like the contaiment option with it. I have heard good things about the limbdriver too but don't have any personal experience.

The Muzzy Zero-Effect drop-away works great on my Cardiac. It is a pretty fair partial containment rest for stalking as well as stand hunting. I use the Toxonincs sight and the only negative aspect is the need for a wrench to adjust it.

Good luck. :(

Even though I just sold my Spot Hogg Real Deal for a single pin HHA, I would say for a multiple pin sight, the Spot Hogg products are awesome. They make one hell of a product :( :(

I have the QAD Ultra Rest which fully captures the arrow. For a sight I use the Montana Black Gold Flashpoint which is extremely bright in low light conditons. You certainly would not need a sight light for this one. Good shooting!

I want to say thanks to everyone for their input. I finally got my new 334 in!! :) I've decided to go with the Limbdriver Rest and the Sword Twilight Hunter sight. The Spot Hoggs looked awesome but money was a factor in the end. Thanks again for the great input!
