They are not bad, I have installed a few dozen before (my 2nd life is a wrench monkey). :)
If you got the tools and jackstands, it is only a 2 hour job. :(

On most trucks I really couldn't tell much difference in the ride. The tires and rims you put on afterwards will affect it more I think.

I like Maxxis tires....been in to 4WD for many many years and Maxxis tires not only ride better but they wear like steel LOG LASTING. Dunlops Mud Rovers are great too.
Stay away from Michey Ts, ProComps, and Swampers way too soft for roads. BFGs are overpriced and Firestones SUCK.:)

ha ha, ol' Les Schwab was my first job.......

They are great stores, I have not seen one outta WA, OR, ID or UT...kind of miss em.
