Howdy fellow archers,the hunting bug is hitting me hard and I was thinking about the fact that I don't own a smokepole yet. Now I have handled a Pro Hunter at the store and it well fit like a glove. Could not belive how it just fell into place and felt just right. Question is what about the omega, its cheaper probably just as good???? Who has either and why do you like it? Thanks for your input. OH is it as much fun taking game with a smokepole as with a bow? Thanks

I would take the Encore over any other Muzzleloader.........
In fact I did.

Great Muzzleloader and when you want to shoot something else just swap out barrels.
I am gonna have a Turkey shotgun setup and a 6.5 BRM setup for mine after this tour in Iraq. Should be able to hunt anything on the Continent after that with this one lil rifle.

Same here. I sold 3 guns just to get my PH. The fact that the gun fits like a glove and I can change barrels while keepinig that same fit...was a no brainer for me.

You cannot go wrong with the PH

Both are fine guns, I would say my decision would be based on, if I were looking for versatilely, I would pick the P/H. :?
