We can't when any season is in best I can remember. I dk that I ever really look AtA lot of places up here it's perfectly legal to bait animals for photographing. As long as your not hunting them.

We don't have any woods hardly at all on us. My granddaddy was a farmer not a hunter. Most all out land is pasture or crop and hay. And if there is woods it's where the cows ShadeYou must have a corner of a pasture that you could plow up and "leave" a little corn or maybe some fresh clover.
