Odd. I've had the exact opposite experience. The SK200 does just fine with my RazorHawk broadheads.

Of course, I only use those when I can't use FOBs. They work great.
They were crap and the black ones don't stick for sht!...lol

The FHP-200 are flexfletch's best vanes IMO.

Is startflight still around? Have not seen Paul post on AT in a long time.

I built two arrows for my moose hunt. Just need to decide what fletching I want on them. It's going to be a fun summer !!

#1 BEA Rampage 350, 27" , 125 Solids, 50
grain brass Hits, 12 grain flanged VPA collar, app 25 fletching and wrap, 10 grain X nock ...445 total appx. FOC 18% plus


BEA Rampage 300, 27" 125 grain Solids, 75 grain Brass HITS, 12 grain VPA collar, 25 fletching and wrap, 10 grain for the X nock
Appx total weight 485 FOC 18%+

I currently have the FHP-200 on my arrows, and I can see the difference between how my arrows stabilize vs. my son's with the SK-200. Starrflight is still around, and I'll be placing an order once I get my new arrows.

I just bought 200 Trophy Taker Max Stealth vanes, the are 3" with a height of .5 and the same material as the Max hunters.
I my thought is a little longer vane I can get a better helical as well.
We will see, in any event I have like 600 vanes now...I should be set for awhile. Call the nut house because I am sure they have a room ready for me
