Yup, maybe we should advertise this place a little through Pms to Ross owners on AT. What do you think?

Following mdewitt71's post's on Ross Bow's on AT. I like that site and I've learned a lot through them.
I came here because of my interest in the cr334. Where better to gain information that the Ross people.... BT

Unfortunately the more we get on here the more and more it wil sound like AT. Its nice to come on here and read some sensible posts.
You should read our home state forums its nothing but fighting and arguing. Its embarrassing.

So far (in my newly formed opinion), I'd say it's a long ways off of the bicker and banter at AT, but even there I can dig through it. Right now it'd be nice to get a few more new people here to pump up the content with an even bigger knowledge base. u all got to think about this. it is not the AT forum.its the ross forum. were we help every 1. a not bag them. the ross bow is the best bow i have ever shot . so lets make this the best forum there is. No problem with that here! On the best of forums I have been on (Dr. Z guitar amps forum comes to mind), somebody eventually pops up on there that wants to cause trouble... but on a smaller forum where the group is more tight-knit (like this forum will hopefully become), nobody is willing to stand for it and the problem goes away almost as quickly as it arrives. What makes a great forum are the members and also the moderators.
The mods should know when to crack the bad boys on the knuckles when they get out of line.
Unfortunately on other forums the mods are in cahoots with the bad boys sometimes. Then a double standard is set that people can see but are helpless to do anything about. Frustration eventually gets to everyone that want an impartial judge and jury.
If it's their forum they can do what ever they want. But the average poster gets tired of the double standards set by the home team. The attitude of " I make the rules and I'll choose to change or bend them when ever I see fit " is poor.
Thankfully, so far this place has a definite " archers helping archers" way about it. Too bad other places don't practice what they preach.

Hi Looks like a great place ,I found the link on AT . I dont even have a Ross yet . But soon I have a Cardiac on order ,I have a friend that's a Ross dealer I call to order a 334 ,and he talked me into waiting for the Caddiac.So i'm waiting he told me sometime about the 2nd week of Feb so I'm getting ready .Right now I shoot a Switchback for hunting ,Great shooting bow ,and an Apex 7 for 3d . The switchback is going but the Apex 7 is staying ,it's a sweet shooting bow . But I would like to try a 337 and see what it doe's for me . Later John

mdewitt got me here and i plan on staying!! I like this place really good and everyone knows the ross guys are the nicest :lol: .
