try goo gone. Id avoid goof off at first due to it having toluene.
goo gone is an orange oil smelling cleaner.

if that doesnt work, try rubbing alcohol then mineral spirits on a qtip on a small area. if you see the glue on the qtip use that solvent.

if those two dont work then youll need to try goof off or acetone (finger nail polish remover) go light and be careful

DITTO....rubbing alcohol, just removed some last night and layed down new camo moleskin.

 

WD40 also works great for stuff like this, but I'm not sure how the dipped finish might react to something like that... It *SHOULD* be ok, but.... ***disclaimer*** test in an inconspicous area first.

Otherwise, a pencil eraser might actually work too...
